The Plastic Soldier Company & Battlefront T-34s side by side.

Okay, a lot of you have been waiting to see pics of The Plastic Soldier Company's side by side with the Battlefront ones. I won't comment much here, preferring to let the pictures do the talking. Any mis-shapen assembly is probably my fault and not the manufacturers. I'm not much of a modeler.

The PSC's T-34 is in panzer grey. The Battlefront one is in Russian Green.

NOTE: The PSC's T-34 does come with the barrels for the sides as well as lumber, I just didn't put them on.

Wow! The PSC looks like a winner especially at the price. This will definately be the core of my Soviet army (when I get to it). Thanks for posting.

I think if your doing soviet armor PSC is not a bad option. They look pretty good. Hopefully PSC comes out with some other tanks.

Panzer IVs and SdKfz 251's are next on PSC's agenda.

That looks pretty good plus I find plastic kits a bit easier to modify. Given all the tanks I'll need for my eventual Russian horde it looks like PSC all the way.

I keep getting caught up in the close ups vs. table distance (i.e. the infamous 3 foot / 1 meter rule). At close ups, I can get really nit picky. But the plastic version has amazingly good treads. The sag is right on, especially when sitting next to the BF model.

But at the 3' distance, I would be surprised that people would notice a big difference. Add a little stowage, tree trunks, etc. and you would be good to go.
