They look quite nice indeed! The only suggestions I'd make would be to paint the Hull MGs and tone down the numbering decals with a 5% Middlestone/95% water wash.

But some good stuff there!

D'oh! Good catch! I didn't even realize that I hadn't completed them. I even see some helmets hanging from the sides that I didn't do.

Not a bad idea on the middlestone/water combo to tone the decals down. I had been toying with the idea of dusting with some MIG pigments to tone them down but it seemed out of place.

Mike- that is a really good suggestion for toning down decals. I'm always having trouble getting rid of the shine and getting them to blend (even using decal solvent). I might have to try that on my Stukas that are on the table right now :)

Patrol!

For decals, just gloss varnish before putting them on. That makes the surface smooth and you get no shine. When done, cover with matte as normal. No shine and great looking decals.

VERY VERY NICE!! Love the mix of Auf. Ds and As in the mix. Camo looks awesome and love the battle damage!

Makes me want to start on some Auf Gs!

I did that Jon. I brushed on Vallejo Gloss varnish, then brushed on the Vallejo Matt. Followed by an all over spray of the Army painter matt (which I love, by the way!).

Im going to drybrush the middlestone over top (good idea!) and then follow it up with another matt varnish brush on, see if that tones them down.

Thanks for all the comments so far, guys! This is the first time I've really uploaded anything I've painted, aside from my Cromwell guide.

some mig or Valejo pigment dust works wonders to tone down decals as well.

Um...how many points is 10 Panthers anyways? Looks like enough for TWO armies!

Weird. I use spray gloss and my decals completely blend in - no silvering at all.

The silvering isnt as bad in person from what I can tell, but they do look out of place on these panthers. The decals look too new and shiny!

Tonight I'm going to go over them with some of the suggustions that have been posted here to try and blend them in a bit more.
