Soviet Stuarts- commission for TIm G

Submitted for your approval: commission work for Tim G. Company of Soviet lend lease Stuarts. Tim is a good guy, I've played him in several tournaments and every game has been thoroughly enjoyable (not to mention ridiculously close).

Anyhow, here they are (the rest after the break)

Great work Steve ...

I love the haystacks ...... where did you get them ? These photos make me want to start forming my MW germans to take the reds on

Looking forward to Thursday .... You got a rough list so I can research some ?

The haystacks are actually battlefront. They come in the eastern front village set.

Let me know when you want to start your Eastern front Germans, and we can slowly build up together- I don't have any russians but it'd be a good excuse to start.

I'll e-mail you guys a list shortly.

Sounds good to me ...... tax returns are coming lol. Do you have any books for the eastern front ?

I will be anxiously awaiting my list .... lol

You can't go wrong with the newly released "Eastern Front". It's pricey, but man it rules- it's everything we'll ever need for mid war ostfront.

Whoa, this looks great Steven! Is that carpet you used for the fields? It all looks really good. Great job!

Thanks Tito! Yeah that's essentially the carpet people use for doormats.

I like the black-lining on the Stuarts. I don't have a steady enough had to do that so I just use black ink and then highlight the whole tank in the original colour (it doesn't look as good but I think it is a pretty good effect)
